Shipping policy

Where does my order ship from?

Your order is shipping from the store located in Florence, Oregon. We aim to have all packages out our door within 1-3 business days. During promotions, sales or holidays, ship time may be delayed up to 7 business days. Orders received on weekend days and holidays will be processed no sooner than the following business day. In the event of extreme weather, packages may be delayed. 

How long will it take to receive my order? 
Orders are typically shipped using courier USPS, however, we sometimes use alternative carriers depending on the situation, destination, and rates. Depending on your distance from us orders will take between 3 and 10 business days to arrive. (Saturday and Sunday are not business days) 

Please note Covid- 19 has affected these times and they are out of our control. 

How is shipping calculated?
Rates are determined by weight and destination. 

 *** Some exclusions apply (i.e. large/ heavy items) These items have notation in their listings. Some oversize items need to ship alone and have an oversize shipping charge due to this factor. If one of these items is included in your order please note, we may be contacting you regarding shipping fees.*** 

H2O Florence does not currently ship or deliver large items such as furniture. 

Where do you ship to?
We are currently shipping to the United States. 

What is included in shipping?
Your shipping fee includes the packaging and shipping to your door.  

What if my shipment is lost or missing? 
H2O Florence will do everything we can! If your package is stuck in transit, please contact us at h2oinflorence@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to figure out how to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please make sure to request the correct delivery address. H2O Florence cannot accept responsibility or compensate you if your package was delivered to an incorrect, but requested address. H2O Florence cannot accept responsibility or compensate for missing packages if delivery to the correct address was confirmed. However, we are glad to assist with any shipping issues you may have. Can I order online and pickup in store?
Yes of course. Sometimes you see an item you just must have but can't make it into the shop for a few days. Please choose Store Pickup at checkout. 

Please allow 48 hours for us to pull your order or indicate the date you wish to pickup and we will do our best to accomadate. You will receive a pickup notification when your order is read.  

**please know that H2O Florence is trying to do its part in reducing the amount of new cardboard and packaging that goes out into the world. Your order may arrive in a box that is not brand new and branded where possible but, reused from our own packaging to ease the burden on mother nature**
