Refund policy
Due to the uniqueness of our boutique, items purchased are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit. Please read descriptions and review photos carefully to avoid online shopping disappointment. Photos are zoomable and we do our best to describe everything we can. Please remember vintage/antique/thrifted/upcycled means the item is not new and therefore minor flaws from age are to be expected and appreciated.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item has arrived damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days from shipment delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We ask that you send a picture of the item, a picture of the packaging and other related information to h2oinflorence@gmail.com. We will contact you with the next steps of how to get the item returned, or replaced.
DO NOT MAIL ANY PACKAGES TO H2O FLORENCE BOUTIQUE WITHOUT INSTRUCTION. ITEMS SENT BACK TO US WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM H2O FLORENCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
